The test runs on your device

All 50 questions are generated in your browser, and the scoring, percentile and domain breakdown are calculated there too. Your answers are never sent to the server.

What is stored in your browser

Your progress through the test (answers, position, timings), your result, and the name you type on the certificate are kept in your own browser’s localStorage.

This exists because in-app browsers in Facebook, Instagram and LINE routinely discard the page when you switch apps. Without it, 50 questions of work would vanish.

It expires on its own after 2 hours, and clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes it immediately. We hold no copy.

What reaches the server

Until you create a certificate, the server receives nothing about your result.

When you create or share one, the name you typed, your IQ score, percentile and domain scores are encoded into the link itself and sent to the server so it can draw the certificate image and send it back.

The server does not record any of this: there is no database and nothing is written to disk — it draws the image and forgets. In fairness, though, the hosting platform’s request logs do record the requested URL, IP address and browser type as normal, and that URL contains the data above. Those logs follow Google Cloud Logging’s standard retention (30 days by default) and are then deleted automatically.

When you share to Facebook

The shared link carries your name and score inside it, so anyone who sees the post or receives the link can read them. Sharing is always your action — nothing is posted automatically.

Once the link is on Facebook, Facebook’s own policies govern what it does with it.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

We set no tracking cookies of our own. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no third-party analytics script of any kind on this site.

The counters behind /stat

We keep a handful of running totals: how many times pages were opened, how many people started and finished the test, how many certificates were made, how many shares were clicked, and the IQ scores and domain percentages of completed tests. All of it is published openly at /stat.

These are totals and nothing else. No per-person rows, no IP address, no user agent, no cookie, no session id, and no attempt to link two events to the same person. Two people with the same score are indistinguishable in this data, and so is the same person twice.

What was added is a number that only goes up, not a way to follow anyone. There is consequently no data of yours to delete, because none of it was ever yours specifically.

Third-party services this site calls

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which necessarily exposes your IP address to Google.

The site runs on Google Cloud Run in the Jakarta, Indonesia data centre.

What we do not do

We do not sell, trade or pass your data to anyone for marketing. No email is collected, there is no newsletter, and no cross-visit user profile is built.

Children

This site is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because there is no account and no database, there is no stored personal data to request deletion of. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes everything we have about you.

If you have already shared a certificate link and want it gone, delete the post where you shared it — the data lives in the link, not with us.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the date above is updated and the new version applies as soon as it appears here.
